I. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 10am to 3pm, Sunday we are closed. We will NO LONGER be responding to inquiries outside of business hours.
II. All information related to your request MUST be submitted at the time of inquiring about services. Failure to do so may result in delays in services. We are NOT responsible for your delays.
III. Your assignment must be submitted no later than 1 week before the due date. Failure to do so may result in a rush delivery fee.
IV. You may contact us via email at contactus@alcornawriting.com or by telephone at 410-864-3530. For faster service, please contact us via email and we will respond within 2 hours.
V. We personally write your career profiles and research the information related to your career. That is why it is especially important that you submit all your career information at the time of service to avoid any delays.
VI. You will receive your completed career profile on the day of completion by 8PM EST.
VII. We reserve the right to refuse service and deny writing submissions based off the client’s submission. We will notify the client prior to tendering payment to prevent any delay for the client.
VIII. ABSOLUTELY under NO CIRCUMSTANCES does Alcorn’s Writing Company issue refunds. However, we will do our very best to provide corrective services to your assignment. We may, however, provide you with a service discount or monetary credit to be applied to your future purchase.
IX. If you dispute our services, we will refer the balance to a credit reporting agency as part of our financial recourse. This is a direct breach of our terms and conditions as part of our refund policy.
X. Website Development and Business Plan services will be held under contract. Under contract means that there must be a signed term of agreement between both parties before services can be rendered. For all contracts, a 50% deposit must be made. The remaining balance is to be paid once services have been completed.

$650 Web Development Service
$20 Express Delivery fee for services to be completed within 72 hours.
For any revisions made 30 days after receiving your services there is a surcharge of $25 that will be billed separately.
PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AT TIME OF BOOKING SERVICES!
Payment Plans are available upon request for balances greater than $100. However, the balance must be paid in full no later than 1 week after the project due date.
